Subscribe to your plan by choosing to keep your current number in the "Choice of number" step.
Once you have received your SIM card, access your account and sign your portability or number transfer mandate to initiate your request.
After you sign your mandate, win will take care of the rest.

Make sure your line is still active and that it has not been cancelled by your current operator.
